See availability at a glance!
Being able to see the book at a glance means that you can quickly satisfy enquiries on availability. Two main views are available depending on the nature of the enquiry.
A week view is ideal for frontline sales staff who typically take bookings from local motels or face to face customers for trips that day, or in the upcoming few days. This shows the number of bookings on any given trip so it is instantly obvious whether spaces are available.

The calendar view is ideal for iewing a month at a time, and for moving quickly to a date in the future in order to make advance bookings.

In both instances, simply pointing and clicking on the relevant date will take you to the correct day in order to make a booking. In the event that the product is unavailable, the next available date will be displayed in the screen.
