Not everyone you deal with expects to voucher your passengers. Some operators rely on being paid commissions after the visitor books their trip with you direct.
BookIT allows you the flexibility to set up your agent companies with either invoice payment terms or a commission payment structure. Even if on the day, one of your passengers is referred from someone you normally invoice, and they request a commission on the sale, that booking can be adjusted to pay a commission. In this instance, the invoice generated excludes that particular booking and a commission statement can be generated for that particular customer.
Split commissions are no problem as invoices can be adjusted manually to reflect any payments already made to coach drivers or other tour group leaders who have made the referrals. Simply set them up as split commission in the payment terms.
