Assigning products to Agent Companies
Once you have set up the Agent Company you can assign products that they are allowed to sell. A company may only sell the products that have been physically assigned to them with the appropriate payment terms. Here you can:
- Add their discount, which calculates their nett rate
- Assign their payment terms (whether are invoiced or whether they receive commission after the sale)
Each product can have different terms associated with it so you might provide 15% commission for one product and 25% for another for the same company.
The payment terms are automatically used when making a booking for any agent company so for those companies being invoiced, this is the default, although it can be changed at the time of booking.
