Making a booking
Once you have created the product and the agents that can sell them, the set up is complete and you are ready to take bookings.
The calendar view allows you to quickly select the date for advance bookings. The number of seats booked already is displayed on the calendar. By clicking on the date you will be shown:
- A list of bookings already made (in case you wish to change an existing booking)
- The number of seats available
- OR The next available date (if the product is unavailable)
If the product is unavailable on that day you will not be allowed to make bookings so it is impossible to take bookings on the wrong day.
A week view is available for a quick view of the next seven days.
