Confirming a booking
Once the booking has been entered, you see a confirmation of what was booked. You can then:
- Change any of the details if they are incorrect
- Print/save a confirmation that can be faxed or emailed to the agency making the booking
- Print a ticket if the customer is booking directly with you
The payment status depends on the payment terms according to the Agent Company. This too can be modifed if the circumstances require - for example a booking from a motel who usually writes out vouchers may send the customer to pay direct and request a commission.
