Invoice management

BookIT allows you to keep track of your invoices and whether they have been paid or not.

You can also view a report of outstanding invoices available allowing you to check:

• Current debtor value (trips already invoiced)
• Future debtor value (trips taken but yet to be invoiced)

It is also possible to manually adjust invoice if required for example for one off credits or payments made. However it is not designed to replace your accounting system if you already have one.
