Having an up to date manifest or load sheet is essential for the tour skipper. Simply select the product and the date required and the latest manifest is generated at the push of a button.
Better yet, because BookIT is an online application, this can be done independently of the booking office - all that's required is an internet connection. This means that a skipper or charter operator (with the appropriate access) based at the location of the activity can still view the latest bookings and passengers independently of the sales office - which might be in a central town location.
The manifest provides information about the type of passenger (Adult, child, infant) and options that have been booked, any comments relating to the passenger as well as the payment status. This is helpful in the event that a phone booking is made and the passenger wishes to pay on arrival.
A check box prompts the skipper or tour leader to tick off passengers to assist with reconcilliation at the end of the day.
